Whether you are slow roasting or grilling our special blend of Italian spices and extra virgin olive oil will complement any poultry or lamb dish as well as well as your dress up your grilled or roasted vegetables.   

• Marinate then grill a leg of lamb, chicken breast, or your favorite roast for a Mediterranean inspired meal
• Use as a dressing on a fresh spring salad mix with the addition of your favorite red wine vinegar
• You can use this marinade for a unique dipping sauce for raw vegs or to roast potatoes
